




Job Summary: A reception professional responsible for guest service, check-in, check-out, reservation support, and various administrative tasks in the hospitality industry. Key Highlights: 1. Informational and tourist support for visitors **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off Food basket \- BRL 320.00 Health insurance with co-payment \- Effective after 3 months Dental insurance \- Effective after 3 months Experience with Totvs system and English proficiency are preferred qualifications Guest service Check-in Check-out Reservation support Greet all arriving individuals; Answer telephone calls; Check and respond to received e\-mails; Deliver the hotel registration form (FNRH) and register guests; Make reservations, pre\-reservations, or cancellations; Perform check\-in and check\-out; Collect room payment; Call taxis for guests; Maintain the reservation map; Keep the hotel reception area organized; Assist guests; Provide information and answer questions regarding services, facilities, etc.; Recommend tourist attractions, excursions, restaurants, etc.
