Job Summary:
Professional responsible for receiving and accompanying patients, performing check-in/out procedures, organizing schedules, and providing administrative support, ensuring agile and professional service.

**Responsibilities:**
* Perform patient check-in and check-out, ensuring agile service while respecting each company's specific requirements;
* Receive and accompany patients, directing them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional according to the type of medical service;
* Maintain scheduling organization and management, including preparation of daily and weekly reports;
* Assist in preparing and dispatching internal and external mail packages and correspondence;
* Provide general administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations;
* Act courteously and professionally to ensure a positive experience for patients and others.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education
* Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus;
* Ability to interact with the public empathetically and professionally;
* Basic computer skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organization, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure;
* Availability to work flexible hours, if required.
