We seek an **inspiring leader**, passionate about the energy of retail and keenly focused on results — someone capable of empowering people, influencing behaviors, and building high-performance teams — all while emphasizing customer delight, service excellence, and consistent results. **Your key responsibilities:** * *Realize our customers’ DREAMS through quality product sales, services, and customer service;* * *Lead store operations with focus on achieving targets, productivity, and service excellence (in-store and online);* * *Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making strategic decisions with agility;* * *Lead, build, train, and develop people, fostering a culture of continuous learning;* * *Oversee delivery, assembly, and after-sales processes;* * *Be responsible for store opening and closing procedures;* * *Ensure layout organization, inventory control, and flawless execution of operational routines;* * *Practice active listening, sound judgment, and proactive attitude in daily store operations;* * *Perform other duties related to store operational management.* **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Intermediate computer skills; * Prior experience in retail and sales leadership roles; * Availability to work in **Macaé - RJ**. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Active and inspiring leadership; * A positive, proactive attitude; * Clear communication and refined interpersonal skills; * Negotiation ability and results orientation; * Integrity, resilience, and a strong drive for growth.
