We are looking for a committed and proactive Pedagogical Coordination Assistant to work alongside the coordination team in supporting the school’s daily operations. Responsibilities: * Verify daily whether classes start punctually and with appropriate resources; * Be available to support teachers by addressing questions, providing teaching materials, and meeting classroom needs; * Serve as a liaison between teachers and school administration, communicating incidents, compliments, or necessary improvements; * Assist in implementing the pedagogical routine and ensuring smooth school operations; * Contribute to maintaining a positive organizational climate and high-quality student experience. Desired Profile: * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organization, responsibility, and sense of priority; * Genuine interest in education and school environments; * Ability to mediate situations with empathy and balance; * Prior experience in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.
