Description

Document control, project execution monitoring, preparation of technical and final project reports, meeting client requirements. **PLAN, ADVISE, GUIDE, AND EXECUTE:** * Promote planning of diving services on Maritime Units; * Continuously maintain up-to-date archives of drawings, internal and external standards and procedures referenced in Planning activities; * Develop and review Subsea Inspection and Maintenance Procedures; * Develop and review Surface Inspection and Maintenance Procedures; * Organize a Logbook for Inspection and/or Maintenance Services; * Develop and review the Final Project Report; * Edit videos to be attached to the Final Project Report; * Distribute copies of the Final Project Report to the Operations Management and to the Client within the specified deadline; * Archive the Final Project Report together with drafts, ROM (Diving Operations Record) and RDO (Daily Occurrences Record); * Promote preparation and archiving of Customer Satisfaction Assessment Indexes; * Develop and manage the Project Schedule Estimate; * Control equipment certificates; * Comply with Integrated Management System guidelines; * Perform activities covered by departmental procedures and related activities, as well as those required by the Integrated Management System; * Adhere to the Integrated Management System Policy, whereby each individual is responsible for Quality, Health, and Safety aspects of their activities, as well as for environmental preservation where such activities are performed. * Plan, advise, manage, and implement diving/ROV operations on offshore platforms. * Continuously update archives containing standards, internal and external procedures, and drawings for diving operations. * Prepare and review diving procedures and other procedures. * Prepare and update daily and final reports. * Create video reports as evidence. * Deliver digital copies to managers and clients within the stipulated deadline. * Index final reports and other documents relevant to diving/ROV operations. * Conduct work evaluations and control schedules. * Advise on quality systems at the workplace. * Prepare supplementary procedures to meet quality system requirements. * Follow and ensure SMC quality policies and explain HSE information and policies to diving supervisors, divers, and all personnel involved in operations. **MANDATORY:** * Completed Technical and/or Higher Education (CFT/CREA); * Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and PowerBI); * Skills in preparing technical reports/drawings. **DESIRABLE:** * Intermediate and/or Technical English; * Minimum 1 year of experience in Oil & Gas sector companies; * Skills in video/image editing; * Residency in Macaé or nearby region; * Valid CBSP / T-HUET certification; * END Remote (ROV) qualification; * Experience in Survey activities. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Welhub or TotalPass; * English Pass; * Educational Assistance; * Mental Health Program.
