**Integrity Inspection Manager**
**Job Objective:** Manage, plan, and ensure the execution of asset inspection and integrity activities, guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards, extending equipment service life, and mitigating operational, environmental, and safety risks.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage structural and equipment integrity programs (piping, tanks, structures, pressure vessels, etc.);
* Plan and supervise inspections according to standards such as NR\-13, API, ASME, and classification society requirements (ABS, DNV, BV);
* Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (including rope access – IRATA);
* Ensure execution of non-destructive testing (NDT), including: Ultrasonic Testing (UT); Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT); Magnetic Particle Testing (MT); Phased Array / ACFM (where applicable);
* Assess damage mechanisms (corrosion, fatigue, erosion, etc.) and define mitigation plans;
* Validate technical reports and issue conclusive opinions on asset integrity;
* Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) plans;
* Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting (DataBook, weekly reports);
* Interface with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies;
* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and client internal standards.
**Technical Competencies**
* Solid knowledge of offshore asset integrity (FPSOs, platforms, refineries);
* Proficiency in technical standards:
* + NR\-13, NR\-10, NR\-12
+ API 510, API 570, API 653
+ ASME / ISO / SSPC
* Experience in inspection and condition-based maintenance management;
* Knowledge of management systems (SAP, integrity software, RBI);
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering reports.
**Requirements**
+ Engineering degree (Mechanical, Naval, Production or related fields);
+ NDT certifications (SNQC/ABENDI or equivalent);
+ Desired:
+ - API certification (510, 570, 653\)
- Offshore experience
- Advanced English
