Organize processes and control costs We seek an organized, proactive, and cost-conscious candidate to support the procurement department, ensuring efficiency and control in supplying materials for **WQUEIROZ**'s construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations for materials and services required for construction projects. * Compare prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers. * Place orders and update delivery deadlines. * Maintain procurement and cost tracking spreadsheets. * Facilitate communication among construction sites, engineering teams, and suppliers. * Verify purchase requests and assist in organizing procurement processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Must reside in Macaé or Rio das Ostras. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement, construction, or building materials. * Prior experience in a construction company or building materials store. **Benefits and Information:** * Fully on-site – Alphaville – Rio das Ostras * Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM | Friday until 5 PM * Compensation: R$ 2.500,00 * Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) Payment: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
