We are seeking a **Planning Analyst** to join our team at the Macaé Base – RJ. This professional will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing contracts related to NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-37 regulations, serving as the liaison between field teams, clients, and internal company departments. **Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and control activity timelines for field teams; * Develop and manage onshore and offshore shipment schedules; * Identify required resources and prepare material and equipment requisitions; * Monitor delivery deadlines and track field service execution; * Interact with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, HR, Qualification, Purchasing, and Warehouse) to ensure process efficiency; * Conduct alignment meetings with internal teams and clients; * Support development and presentation of KPIs (costs, budget, revenue, cash flow); * Address non-conformities and support internal and external audits; * Issue ARTs (onshore and offshore); * Manage projects and activities in the Sankhya ERP system; * Ensure flexibility and adaptability according to dynamic field conditions. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering; * Experience in offshore shipment planning; * Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel; * Power BI is desirable; * Experience with Sankhya ERP; * Intermediate English (reading and writing technical emails); * Knowledge of offshore personnel and material logistics. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing schedules for large-scale teams; * Direct client interface experience in offshore environments.
