Organization and maintenance of the environment A professional responsible for direct customer service in restaurants, bars, hotels, and events, ensuring a high-quality experience from guest reception to bill settlement. Duties include menu presentation, order taking and forwarding, food and beverage service, table organization, and adherence to established service, hygiene, and conduct standards. * Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner; * + Present the menu, clarify questions, and suggest items when necessary; + Accurately take orders and forward them to the kitchen or bar; + Serve food and beverages according to house standards; + Monitor tables and attend to additional customer needs; + Organize, clean, and set tables; + Verify orders before serving; + Issue and present the bill to the customer; + Receive payments (where applicable); + Assist with dining area organization and utensil restocking; + Comply with company-established hygiene, safety, and service standards; + Support the team during peak hours. + AND OTHER TASKS AS REQUESTED BY MANAGEMENT
