Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Preparing estimates for comprehensive solutions for maritime unit maintenance and additional E\&P (Upstream) services, including: . Onshore and offshore layout planning; . Fabrication detailing; . Industrial painting; . Assembly and disassembly of structures, piping, and accessories; . Specialized onshore and offshore boiler-making services. * Preparing estimation spreadsheets for price composition, using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool; * Preparing Technical and Commercial Proposals, using Microsoft Word as the primary tool; * Sizing materials for industrial assembly applications, adhering to applicable standards; * Experience with standard bid documentation and all other documents required for Public Bidding and Electronic Auction submissions, primarily targeting Petrobras and other major clients; * Preparing proposal documentation for Petrobras, including qualification documents, Price Spreadsheets, Price Formation Demonstrations (DFP), and other customary documents for this client; * Preparing standard proposal composition documents for various clients, Physical/Financial Schedules, Direct/Indirect Labor Histograms, Organizational Charts, Productivity Indices, Risk Analyses, and Cash Flow Statements, etc.; * Conducting technical site visits to gain thorough knowledge of the work execution location; * Requesting quotations from subcontractors; * Participating in client meetings; * Providing support to leadership on matters related to the role’s scope; * Reading and interpreting drawings, descriptive memoranda, tender documents, technical standards, specifications, to ensure proper understanding and fulfillment of client-specified services; * Performing other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Maintaining hygiene and order at the workstation—cleaning machines, equipment, and tools; collecting and disposing waste and residues in appropriate containers—to comply with safety and environmental regulations per pre-established standards; * Contributing to product and service quality by applying quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards and procedures during task execution as defined; * Properly using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure individual protection in the workplace and prevent accidents, complying with company-established regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree—Engineering or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Experience analyzing tenders and technical specifications; * Experience in price composition / estimate preparation, including labor sizing, direct and indirect costs, BDI (Brazilian Overhead Index), and tax composition; * English proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** You’ll receive the traditional benefits you’re already familiar with—and we go beyond: * **Unimed Health Plan:** Extended to legal dependents: **the employee** pays no monthly fee, only co-payments; * **Totalpass:** For your quality of life, health, and well-being; * **Dental Assistance:** Basic plan at no cost to the employee; * **Pharmacy Benefit**; * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Flash card, with minimal payroll deduction; * **Life Insurance**; * **Stock Options** – Castor (VINCI Energies) Stock Purchase Program; * **Conexa Saúde Platform:** Offers online consultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and nurses—ensuring confidentiality, convenience, and security.
