Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Financial Management and Operational Controls** * Perform daily cash register closings, ensuring accurate updates to the store’s financial system and compliance with transaction records. * Ensure availability of change money for customer service, managing the cash float. * Conduct internal financial audits, analyzing discrepancies and ensuring adherence to company procedures. * Verify and organize operational and financial documents (cancellations, exchanges, returns, Libercard, credit card receipts), identifying inconsistencies and ensuring traceability. * Properly archive fiscal documents and receipts, keeping them available for inspections and audits. ### **Sales Management and Visual Merchandising** * Execute the *Monthly Operations Manual*, ensuring correct implementation of sales strategies and product displays (islands, mannequins, checkout areas, gondola ends). * Guarantee assembly and availability of promotional kits according to current campaigns. * Implement store-level commercial negotiations, ensuring proper use of promotional materials (clip strips, wobblers, gondola ends, among others). * Ensure correct and visible pricing across all products, in accordance with commercial policies. ### **Inventory Management and Loss Prevention** * Conduct periodic partial inventories, maintaining up-to-date inventory records and correcting discrepancies arising from stockouts, breakages, or theft. * Monitor and support execution of the store’s full inventory, ensuring data accuracy. * Supervise verification of products nearing expiration, guiding the team on removal, return, or relocation per internal guidelines. * Ensure appropriate replenishment of sections, preventing stockouts and excess inventory. ### **Operations Management and Store Organization** * Ensure overall store organization, maintaining cleanliness, layout, replenishment, product display, and visual standardization. * Monitor customer service flow, ensuring agility, service quality, and compliance with the chain’s service standards. * Directly engage in customer service, resolving incidents and complaints and guaranteeing a positive shopping experience. ### **People Management and Team Development** * Manage the store team, including shift scheduling, task distribution, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution. * Deliver weekly and monthly feedback to the team based on analysis of indicators and individual and collective results. * Conduct ongoing training for the team covering topics such as customer service, sales techniques, system usage, performance indicators, and operational procedures. * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference, promoting engagement, operational discipline, and results orientation. ### **Performance Indicator Management and Planning** * Analyze store performance reports and indicators (sales, losses, productivity, service, targets), tracking result evolution. * Develop and execute the store’s annual strategic plan, based on historical indicator data, corporate goals, and improvement opportunities. * Define action plans to exceed targets, improve results, and correct operational deviations **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience leading teams and organizing administrative processes; * Experience in sales and customer service. **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * Meal allowance (per collective bargaining agreement); * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance (eligibility subject to location and position); * Dental plan (voluntary enrollment); * Life insurance and funeral assistance; * Online therapy platform; * Pregnancy program; * EducaMais – discounted education platform (Wellhub) with exclusive discounts for employees and dependents; * Pague Menos Corporate University offering courses and training – Up Farma; * Gold discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Pharmacy agreement (Epharma) with payroll deductions; * Wellhub agreement – exercise platform.
