**The Seres Group, in partnership with a major Brazilian oil and gas company, is seeking a professional to work as a Security Gate Agent (rotating shift).** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 90 days’ verifiable experience in reception services; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for public and authority interaction. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and receive the general public, and escort visitors—including authorities—as needed; issue identification badges, provide information, maintain records enabling control and traceability of movements; perform registration and updates in access control systems; issue ID badges and vehicle transit permits; assess the need for badge issuance at security gates; generate access reports as required and per instructions from the Corporate Security Manager at the Unit; receive, forward, and control various documents; answer telephone calls, transfer calls with notes and delivery of corresponding messages; support corporate events as needed; deliver security briefings in accordance with Petrobras standards; comply fully with all laws, internal regulations, and client instructions related to service execution; perform other duties inherent to the role as required, ensuring standardized, high-quality service delivery. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, from 06:00 to 14:20; * 1-hour lunch break; * Flexibility required for occasional schedule changes. **Work Locations:** * Imboassica, Macaé/RJ * Cambiúnas, Macaé/RJ * Imbetiba, Macaé/RJ * Barra, Macaé/RJ Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
