Management of administrative and operational routines We seek a leader with experience in team management and practical knowledge or experience in administrative and operational routines. We provide 24-hour automotive assistance services, primarily vehicle towing (light and heavy vehicles) in the region. **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION** Proactively lead the customer service team to achieve the company's desired results. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION** \* Coordinate the team, ensuring service quality. \* Intervene in critical cases to reverse situations that may cause issues with customers and partners. \* Provide feedback to the team whenever deviations from procedures are observed or identified. \* Monitor ongoing services through the system. \* Adjust logistics of operations when necessary. \* Support the team when demand exceeds normal levels. \* Report incidents to management that may lead to future complaints. \* Monitor tracker functionality and promptly flag any systemic issues. \* Substitute for customer service representatives in case of absence or temporary leave. \* Assist with month-end closing upon request. \* Manage traffic fines, IPVA, and tachographs.
