Dynamic work environment focused on organization and attention to detail Warehouse Assistant Position **Job Description: Warehouse Assistant** **Position Title:** Warehouse Assistant. **Location:** Cajueiro \- Macaé / RJ (On-site work). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00. **Compensation:** BRL 1\.780,00 \+ Benefits Package. **Expected Start Date:** Immediate. **Position Context and Role Mission:** A well-established retail group operating in the Lagos Region, providing direct customer service. The Warehouse Assistant manages the control, organization, and movement of merchandise within the company's warehouse. This role is essential to ensure products are stored correctly, in appropriate quantities, and readily available for restocking, sales, or production. The position collaborates closely with departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics, supporting efficient operational flow and preventing inventory losses or stockouts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store merchandise. * Monitor product inflows and outflows. * Organize inventory and maintain a clean working environment. * Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. * Pick items for restocking or delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role (preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory control. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Physical stamina and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with inventory management systems. * Hands-on experience in loading and unloading merchandise. * Agility and proactivity.
