Job Summary: Professional to perform electrical, hydraulic, civil, carpentry, and light boiler-making maintenance services, carrying out various repairs and inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse involvement in electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance. 2. Responsible for repairs and inspections across various areas. 3. Work involving carpentry, joinery, and light boiler-making. The candidate must possess competence to solve problems and execute services in the following required areas: Daily responsibilities include maintenance of: 1\- Electrical installations (inspect lamps, outlets, switches, presence sensors; replace them as needed); conduct operational tests (on/off for 10 minutes) on the generator once per week. 2\- Hydraulic systems in internal and external areas (check fixation of toilets/cisterns, floats, flush valves, faucet supply hoses, wax rings, toilet and urinal seats); bidet showers, sinks (faucets, supply hoses, valves, traps), showerheads, valves, water volume in cisterns and water tanks, automatic floats, leaks in internal and external piping, air removal from piping, replacement of submersible check valves in reservoirs, material handling, and repairs as necessary. 3\- Sewage lines: inspect inspection chambers and bathroom floor drains; perform periodic cleaning; verify blockages and leaks; handle materials and carry out repairs as needed. Civil – Perform minor structural repairs at the facility, including: \- Inspection of masonry structures. \- Minor finishing work on wall plastering. \- Execution of small concrete or screed pavements. \- Construction of small structures, pipe protection at garden faucets, etc. \- Repair of cracks and fissures in building structures. \- Application of liquid membrane where required to eliminate infiltration. \- Sidewalk repairs. \- Repair of interlocking pavers in small areas on-site. \- Installation and correction of ceramic flooring and cladding in small areas. \- Small-scale demolition for structural adjustments. \- Leveling of raised floors. \- Execution of civil and industrial painting. Carpentry/Joinery – Conduct the following checks: \- Verify doors for binding at door frames and perform necessary repairs. \- Check springs, adjust, and replace as needed. \- Inspect locks. \- Assemble and disassemble tables. \- Perform repairs and adjustments to chairs. \- Inspect and repair roofs, remove infiltration when necessary. \- Fabricate small wooden structures. Light Boiler-Making – Inspect windows (articulated arms, latches, glass, sealing rubber), doors (hinges, locks, springs), frames (steel/aluminum), and gates (check upper and lower pulleys, motor operation, pivot and standard hinges; perform repairs using riveting and minor welding as needed).
