For more information about Enerpac Tool Group and its businesses, please visit the company website at **https://www.enerpactoolgroup.com/**. **Summary – Basic Function Description** Assist with routine tasks in the operational department.**Working Hours:** *Monday – Friday; 30 hours per week (one weekday dedicated to training at CIEE); Flexible* **Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Assist in equipment preparation and mobilization processes; * Identify items for preparing shipping manifests; * Verify material lists and invoices; * Assist in material dispatch and receipt; * Assist in updating operational controls (inventory, material movement, certificates, hoses, maintenance, etc.); * Monitor equipment and facility maintenance activities; * Prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets; * Contribute to the implementation of the Management and Quality System, Environmental, Health, and Safety systems. **Skills and Competencies** * Training programs (Policies, Objectives and Goals, Hazard and Risk Assessment, Integration). **Education and Experience** * High school diploma (completed or currently enrolled). **Physical Requirements** * Equipment preparation and mobilization; * Material organization and verification; * Support for maintenance activities. **Diversity Statement** *We are committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified individuals from all backgrounds and making all employment decisions without regard to any protected status.
