Additionally, you will receive support from your team, management, and a dedicated Buddy tailored to your needs—ensuring a valuable learning experience! **As an intern, your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving training and mentoring to successfully complete assigned tasks and projects that enhance your learning and skills; * Engaging, learning about, and gaining familiarity with your assigned area—but not limited to it; * Participating in and delivering internal projects to achieve outcomes for (internal and external) customers and identifying opportunities to improve business operations and your functional area; * Learning the internal Operating System (including software and applications) to support your daily project and task execution; * Collaborating and connecting with diverse teams, interns, and departments across Baker Hughes to broaden your knowledge and global networking opportunities; * Applying HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles to ensure and maintain safe, ethical, and healthy practices in all situations; * Participating in and engaging with intern integration groups and other HUBs focused on volunteering, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—enhancing your global networking and skill development. Fuel your passion: **To succeed and be considered for our internship, you must:** * Be currently enrolled in an **Administration** degree program. * Demonstrate interest and affinity for administrative and support functions; * Possess Intermediate-level English proficiency; * Be available to intern for 2 years, 30 hours per week; * Have legal authorization to intern in Brazil. **Selection Process Timeline:** Our Internship Program operates on recruitment cycles, and you are participating in the **July cycle!** Therefore, the selection process will occur from: **April to June.** After submitting your application, our recruitment team will screen resumes; if your profile is selected, you will proceed to the Digital Interview stage. Subsequently, interviews will be evaluated, and if you advance, you will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager. Candidates approved at this stage will then receive an offer to join the Internship Program in the scheduled cycle. Learn more about the area of operation: The Administration and Support intern will have diverse opportunities to apply their knowledge within their assigned area. Below are potential areas of focus at Baker Hughes: **Administration**: The Administration intern will support the development, organization, and control of reports, spreadsheets, and forms, as well as assist in communication workflows for planning administrative, operational, and contract management activities. Responsibilities include local procurement control to fulfill facilities requirements via Purchase Requisitions / Updating and monitoring KPIs for the administrative department and contract management / Training and course tracking / Operational cost control / Operational support coordination. **Location** Please verify the job location at the time of your application, as we operate multiple offices across Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Bahia. **Work Models** We recognize that everyone is unique—and the way people work and deliver their best results varies.
