Learn more about CET LOGISTICS and all our services at: https://www.cet\-logistics.com **Job Responsibilities:** Coordinate the warehousing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Supervise goods receipt, verification, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy. Monitor and report area performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Define operational priorities, optimizing warehouse layout and resources. Validate departmental expenses and costs, ensuring budget compliance. Support internal and external audits (tax, AEO, ISO, QHSE). Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean). Develop and train the team, promoting safety and quality best practices. Serve as the strategic point of contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers. Responsible for warehouse cost management (labor, storage, inventories, and material handling). Direct impact on reducing losses, damages, and stock discrepancies. Significant influence on internal and external customer satisfaction, directly affecting the company’s financial and reputational outcomes. Autonomy: Very high, with autonomy for strategic and operational decisions in the warehouse, reporting directly to management. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate degree preferred). Technical Knowledge: Inventory and stock management, WMS and ERP systems (Systray), advanced Microsoft Office suite, applicable tax/customs legislation, best practices in warehousing and cargo handling, occupational safety regulations. Skills: Leadership and team management, planning, decision-making, effective communication, negotiation, results orientation, and ability to solve complex problems. Languages: Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish preferred. Complementary Courses: Warehouse and Distribution Center Management, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement Tools (Lean, 5S, Kaizen), QHSE, Auditing and Compliance.
