If you are driven by targets and master the art of persuasion, this is your place. **Responsibilities:** * **Sales Closing:** Conduct final outreach to leads generated from paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) and active prospecting. * **Consultative Service:** Strategically lead in-person meetings and proposal presentations. * **Pipeline Management:** Maintain strict CRM updates to ensure follow-up on every opportunity. * **Objection Handling:** Identify customer pain points and apply sales techniques to close complex negotiations. * **Marketing Alignment:** Provide continuous feedback on lead quality to optimize marketing campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **direct sales or closing**. * Excellent verbal communication, professional demeanor, and persuasive power. * Ability to work with aggressive individual targets. * **Reside in Macaé or Rio das Ostras.** **Nice-to-have:** * Prior experience in engineering, renovation, or consulting sectors. * Proficiency in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale). * Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24, RD Station, Pipedrive, or similar). **Benefits and Information:** * **Work Mode:** 100% On-site – Alphaville, Rio das Ostras. * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, until 5 p.m. * **Compensation:** R$ 2,000.00 + Closing Commission + Meal Allowance.
