Opportunity for professional growth **Position:** Night Shift Logistics Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor and supervise logistics operations during the night shift; Schedule and monitor pickups, deliveries, and transfers; Maintain contact with drivers and customers to provide operational updates; Monitor the fleet using tracking systems, ensuring adherence to routes and schedules; Issue and verify transportation documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, and other required documents); Record operational incidents and relay information to the next shift; Update operational control systems and spreadsheets; Escalate to support teams in case of operational disruptions; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company quality standards. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet monitoring is a plus; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure. **Desired Competencies:** Organization and proactivity; Agility in decision-making; Responsibility and commitment; Ability to work effectively in a team; Attention to detail and results-oriented focus. **Benefits:** ?
