It provides consulting and support services to companies aiming to promote diversity and accessibility within their teams. **Responsibilities:** Temporarily archive occupational health documents, such as medical examinations and certificates, organizing\-them into boxes, folders, and cabinets for information control and preservation. Control medical certificates, examinations, and medical evaluation reports, verifying signatures, stamps, alterations, and document authenticity; perform registration protocols and counts for leave tracking, return-from-leave procedures, and payroll adjustments. Manage inventory and receipt of first-aid supplies—including first-aid kits, gauzes, and adhesive tapes—fulfilling internal requests. Control Occupational Health Certificates in compliance with PGR and PCMSO, verifying deadlines and scheduling occupational medical examinations. Participate in SIPAT and other internal events, providing guidance on occupational health and prevention of work-related illnesses. Implement health prevention and promotion programs and campaigns according to internal occupational health programs. Maintain employee occupational health history by entering data into occupational nursing reports. Previous experience as an Occupational Nurse, Occupational Safety Technician, Occupational Health Assistant, or Occupational Health Nurse may indicate suitability for some duties of this position.
