Monitor part preparation for painting, ensuring protection of areas where coating is not required; . Coordinate the optimal process and treatment type to achieve ideal, durable painting; . Ensure coatings comply with received specifications; . Conduct inspections to evaluate coating thickness during intermediate application stages; . Coordinate the use and preparation of painting materials and equipment (spray guns, nozzles, blast nozzles, etc.); . Daily schedule subordinate activities—assigning, guiding, and monitoring their execution according to staff capacity, skills, and experience; . Propose improvements to painting processes aimed at reducing costs; ". Issue purchase requisitions for materials, based on consumables requirements, to ensure service continuity; . Manage inventory of consumables used in blasting and painting booths (rags, solvents, abrasive grit, paint, rollers, brushes...)" . Ensure work under your responsibility is executed per received work instructions; . Assign work teams to service fronts based on incoming demands; . Contribute to company product quality by applying quality standards and procedures during activity execution as established; . Arrange necessary resources for team activity execution with both the Company and the client; ". Guide your team on aspects related to upcoming activities: procedures, risks, environment, among others. . Serve as an ethics and compliance reference for the team, always respecting everyone. . Ensure proper use of all required PPE for planned activities. * Completed High School; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field preferred; * SENAI, ABRACO or PROMIMP certification; * Higher education in the field preferred.
