Continuous improvement and implementation of operational processes A services and technology company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Macaé. **Responsibilities:** Strategically plan project deliverables for subsea projects, including Capex, maintenance campaigns, and decommissioning processes. Develop technical specifications and structure the subsea project portfolio. Coordinate field operations scheduling, with emphasis on subsea interconnection (SURF). Integrate the project portfolio with the availability of subsea resources, such as vessels, tools, and teams. Drive continuous improvement and implement operational processes within the management area. Identify and resolve process anomalies, supporting the dissemination of best practices through workshops and technical meetings. Ensure seamless integration among engineering, planning, and operations teams. Support change management and align activities with contractual and operational guidelines. Position based in Macaé / RJ. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Product Engineer, or Development Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
