Continuous improvement and implementation of operational processes A services and technology company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Macaé. **Responsibilities:** Strategically plan project deliverables for subsea projects, including Capex, maintenance campaigns, and decommissioning processes. Develop technical details and structure the subsea project portfolio. Coordinate scheduling of field operations, with emphasis on subsea interconnection (SURF). Integrate the project portfolio with the availability of subsea resources, such as vessels, tools, and teams. Drive continuous improvement and implement operational processes within the management department. Identify and address process anomalies, supporting dissemination of best practices through workshops and technical meetings. Ensure integration among engineering, planning, and operations teams. Support change management and alignment of activities with contractual and operational guidelines. Position based in Macaé / RJ. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Product Engineer, or Development Engineer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
