Job Summary: This role involves supervising daily logistics operations, managing logistics teams, strategic planning, and administering logistics management systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. We’d love to meet you! \#oquecorrepelanossafibra \#timedefibra **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise daily logistics operations at the main distribution center and two regional hubs, ensuring efficiency in warehousing, delivery, order picking, and dispatch processes. * Manage logistics teams both on-site and remotely, fostering integration, development, and high team performance. * Conduct strategic planning for the department using performance indicators and reporting results to management. * Administer logistics management systems, with emphasis on SAP Business One, performing inventory controls, cycle counts, material transfers, and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies. * Implement storage and transportation safety standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with telecommunications sector regulatory requirements. * Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and quality enhancement. * Resolve operational challenges, including handling damaged goods, returns, exchanges, and issuance of fiscal documents. * Lead in-person and virtual meetings to align activities, engage teams, and support organizational development. * Knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, warehousing, dispatch). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with SAP Business One or equivalent systems, ERP, WMS, or TMS; * Microsoft Office Suite (basic or intermediate Excel); * Familiarity with Power BI and building intuitive dashboards is desirable; * Proven experience managing distribution centers and logistics teams (on-site/remote); * Strong leadership, clear communication, decision-making, and performance indicator analysis skills; * Ability to plan, negotiate, and prioritize demands; * Clear and assertive communication; * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement; * Teamwork; * Adaptability; * Results-oriented. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance * Giga+ Discount * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Day Off * Total Pass * E-learning Platform on Intranet * Giga Inclusion Support * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees * Pharmacy Partnership (Golden Farma): Payroll deduction discount * Educational Partnerships with universities offering exclusive discounts for Alloha employees With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses, promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
