Job Summary: We are seeking a Platform Assistant to join our operational team, responsible for cargo handling, general cleaning, and manual maintenance aboard offshore drilling rigs. We are seeking a **Platform Assistant** to join our operational team. Job Mission: Perform cargo handling, general cleaning, and manual maintenance tasks as assigned and directed. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare cargo for lifting by attaching slings and other securing devices; verify cargo clearance, obstructions, balance, and appropriate rigging accessories. * Provide radio or hand signals to the crane operator to control cargo lifting and movement. * Clean and maintain the main deck and other areas of the rig; prepare the main deck for material loading and unloading under the Crane Operator’s supervision; assist other supervisors and foremen with general tasks whenever requested. * Transport, manually lift, and move equipment, tools, and materials from location to location as required; ensure proper body positioning and adherence to safe lifting procedures. * Remove waste, debris, and accumulated residues from decks, stairways, compartments, and other rig areas, and dispose of them appropriately. * Sweep and wash decks, bulkheads, and structures using brooms, mops, floor cloths, brushes, high-pressure water hoses, and compressed air. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Completed High School education * Valid CBSP (Brazilian Offshore Safety Certificate) certification **You stand out if you have:** * Offshore experience **Additional Information** **Offshore work schedule \- 14 days on / 14 days off** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Private Pension Plan * Birthday Bonus * Daycare Allowance * Birthday Allowance * Back-to-School Allowance * Newborn Allowance * Gympass Have you ever considered building your career at a company certified as *Great Place to Work*, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country? **Constellation** is the leader in ultra-deepwater drilling in Brazil and, for over 45 years, has continuously committed itself to advancing the oil and gas industry.
