Apply for this position and good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be responsible for executing and leading the drilling team in drilling activities, ensuring performance, safety, and operational compliance; * Supervise drilling operations such as directional drilling, risers, cementing, coring, fishing, completion, well testing, and other special operations; * Operate drilling equipment to perform interventions and construct oil wells, leading the drilling team with primary focus on everyone's safety; * Maintain clear and detailed records of equipment, drilling logs, and all necessary technical calculations related to drilling operations and shift occurrences, including the daily IADC report (rim drill). Monitor drilling equipment to ensure its integrity; * Plan, supervise, and document, together with the mechanical team, the performance and scheduled maintenance of drilling equipment; * Act as the Supervisor's representative, leading the drilling team in case of fire, well control, or other emergencies; * Provide support and guidance to less experienced or newly hired team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Geology; * Cyber System; * Pollution control methods; * Spill prevention and containment methods onboard units; * SIGOP procedures; * Waste segregation procedures; * EDS and Fire Sequence procedures for the BOP; * Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced English. **Additional Information** Benefits offered: * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance / food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Physical activity incentive program (GYMPASS); * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * And others.
