Job Summary: The professional will research and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery time for products and services, as well as manage the end-to-end procurement process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and negotiate the best purchasing terms with suppliers. 2. Monitor the delivery process and ensure compliance with agreed terms. 3. Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco * Research market suppliers of products and services by collecting pricing information to identify optimal opportunities; * Negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases or services under the best possible conditions of price, quality, and delivery time; * Issue purchase orders and forward them to suppliers, monitoring the delivery process and ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms; * Identify new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative supply sources; * Explore alternative products aligned with production process capabilities to improve product quality and reduce production costs; * Monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; * Manage the return process for goods delivered inconsistent with the order; * Update supplier price lists for goods and internally communicate updates to relevant departments; * Conduct visits to supplier factories to stay technically updated on purchased products; verify product quality and manufacturer reliability; * Prepare and analyze competitive bid maps based on supplier proposals; * Register new suppliers for quotations and inquiries as needed; * Support product and service quality by applying established quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards and procedures during task execution. * Business negotiations; * Account analysis; * Negotiation; * Microsoft Office Suite; * ERP module knowledge; * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
