This professional will be responsible for supporting the company's administrative and financial routines, ensuring process organization, information control, and internal demand support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage company accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Issue invoices according to operational requirements. * Perform service measurement (experience with offshore contracts is a plus). * Maintain and update administrative spreadsheets and reports. * Organize company documents, files, and internal processes. * Support departmental administrative and financial routines. * Assist in organizing and monitoring operational and administrative demands. **Requirements:** · Proven experience recorded in CTPS. · Experience in administrative and financial routines. · Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective information management. · Proactive, responsible, and committed professional profile. **Preferred Qualifications** · Experience with offshore contract measurements. · Experience working in service or transportation sector companies.
