




Job Summary: The Offshore Construction Supervisor ensures offshore activities are executed in accordance with standards and supervises multidisciplinary teams, maintaining alignment and safety. Opportunity to work on installation and mooring operations projects Ensure activities are performed in accordance with: Approved Method Statements; Shift Plan / Day Plan; PTW (Permit to Work); Contractual and engineering requirements; Monitor progress during shift and report status to OCM; Identify technical deviations and escalate appropriately; Supervise activities involving: Rigging; Lifting; Bridge Team; Deck Crew; Field Engineers; Construction Teams; ROV / Mooring (where applicable); Ensure inter-departmental alignment during execution; Conduct toolbox talks and operational briefings; Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and industry regulations; Contribute to operational safety culture; Evaluate performance of teams under supervision; Support project preparation activities during onshore periods.
