The ideal candidate must have experience in Management, Marketing, or Sales, as well as a completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Management, or Marketing. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, including: * Recruitment of new students * Enrollment renewals * Reduction of student dropout rates * Student engagement * Ensure excellence in service delivery to prospective and enrolled students, focusing on satisfaction (NPS) and retention. * Perform administrative and operational support for the center. * Manage the center’s social media platforms, promoting marketing initiatives and relationship-building activities. * Oversee internship processes and other operational routines. * Encourage student participation in the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE) and practice exams. * Monitor upcoming graduates and coordinate graduation ceremonies. * Participate in live sessions, corporate meetings, and training programs, representing the center. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Management, or Marketing; * Prior experience in the education sector is desirable; * Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite will be considered an advantage; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical mindset, and leadership abilities.
