Responsibilities * Drive the vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company regulations. * Safely manage passenger boarding and alighting. * Conduct daily vehicle condition checks before commencing operations (checklist). * Maintain the bus's cleanliness, preservation, and proper operation. * Immediately report any mechanical irregularities or incidents. * Adhere to scheduled times, routes, and coordination instructions. * Maintain a professional demeanor, courtesy, and respect toward passengers and staff. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and other required equipment. Requirements * Valid driver's license, Category D or E. * Specific training course for Passenger Collective Transport (Resolution 168\), up-to-date. * Proven experience as a bus or large-vehicle driver. * Knowledge of traffic regulations. * Flexibility regarding working hours. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in school, urban, or charter transportation. * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent public service orientation.
