The ideal candidate must have experience in Management, Marketing, or Sales, along with a completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or Marketing. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, including: * New student enrollment * Enrollment renewal * Reduction of student dropout rates * Student engagement * Ensure excellence in service to prospective and enrolled students, focusing on satisfaction (NPS) and retention. * Perform administrative and operational support for the center. * Manage the center’s social media channels, implementing marketing and relationship-building initiatives. * Monitor internship processes and other operational routines. * Encourage student participation in the ENADE exam and practice tests. * Track potential graduates and coordinate graduation ceremonies. * Participate in live sessions, corporate meetings, and training programs, representing the center. Main Challenges * Maintain high standards of service quality and academic outcomes; * Achieve strategic performance indicators: * Enrollment acquisition * Enrollment renewal * Dropout reduction * Student engagement * Ensure smooth administrative and operational functioning of the center. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or Marketing; * Prior experience in the education sector is desirable; * Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite is considered an advantage; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical mindset, and leadership abilities.
