Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for verifying, inspecting, recording, and organizing products in stock, as well as supporting inventory activities.
Key Highlights:
1. Goods verification and inspection upon receipt
2. Recording of discrepancies and system updates
3. Warehouse organization and support in inventories
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes upon receipt.
* Check quantities, specifications, batch numbers, and product expiration dates.
* Inspect physical condition of goods (damages, damaged packaging, discrepancies).
* Record discrepancies and notify the responsible department.
* Register product receipts and shipments in the system.
* Update internal spreadsheets and controls.
* Maintain an organized and easily accessible warehouse.
* Support periodic inventory activities.
