Select RH is an HR-specialized company offering recruitment and selection services. With a personalized approach, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Will work at an O Boticário store performing the following duties: Conduct sales and product demonstrations/trials according to the brand’s service standards. Apply product and brand knowledge to deliver consultative and efficient service. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Use social media as a tool for promotion and sales generation. Participate in commercial initiatives, including live broadcasts when requested. Organize and maintain store cleanliness, including windows and display areas, in accordance with merchandising standards. Receive, inspect, and restock merchandise. Organize and control store inventory. Contribute to achieving individual and team targets. Maintain a professional demeanor aligned with company standards during customer interactions. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Analyst, or Sales Specialist may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
