Job Summary: A security professional responsible for monitoring, preventing irregularities, controlling access, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the company's overall security. Team collaboration and effective communication for security. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for monitoring CCTV system footage to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external areas of the company to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls access for people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, thereby preventing unauthorized entry. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, promptly informing supervisors of any abnormalities or risks. Identifies potential accident risks or situations compromising security and takes preventive action. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts relevant services and acts to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers according to internal regulations. Collaborates with other security personnel during more complex operations. This position requires constant vigilance, responsibility, strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Downtown area. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Education: Completed high school (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Additional training courses in security. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. Attention to detail and constant vigilance Strong verbal and written communication skills Quick decision-making in risky situations Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics Ability to work collaboratively and maintain discretion Physical stamina and willingness to work night shifts or extended periods standing Preferably resides in the West Zone or Downtown area Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills (e.g., operating monitoring systems, completing reports, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day Transportation Voucher Night Shift Premium (if assigned to night shift) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
