




Provide support for administrative and operational activities in the Human Resources area, ensuring the smooth functioning of people-related processes and contributing to a healthy organizational environment. Main Responsibilities * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, such as resume screening and interview scheduling. * Assist with **employee onboarding**, organizing documentation and contracts. * Support **benefits management** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance). * Provide support for **training and onboarding** of new employees. * Attend to employees, providing information about internal policies and procedures. * Assist in preparing HR department reports and metrics. Requirements * Technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management is desirable. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Ability to handle confidential information.
