In Brazil, we provide diverse services and technological solutions to our clients. **This opportunity is exclusively for persons with disabilities (PwD).** We are seeking an **Administrative Support Assistant** to join our team in **Macaé**. **Summary of Responsibilities**: * Support in receiving and delivering materials and consumables. * Responsible for organizing and storing consumables and materials in compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, ensuring efficiency and organization. * Assist in controlling and replenishing materials (consumables, spare parts, and Petrobras client items) — stock counting, restocking requests. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory record accuracy and identify discrepancies or restocking needs. * Serve as the focal point and assist in audits related to inventory counting and control. * Maintain detailed records of all receiving, storage, and dispatch activities using computerized inventory management systems. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for company management. * Receive and manage shipping and/or return invoices for third-party/client equipment, acting as custodian of such equipment while maintaining meticulous records of available items. * Support in receiving and preparing shipping invoices for materials, forwarding them to the Completions logistics team. * Provide logistical process support and assist the Coordinator as needed. **Key Qualifications:** * Completed High School education. * Basic Office software proficiency. **Key Requirements:** * Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials logistics. * Experience in administrative processes and invoice control. * Ethics, adaptability, initiative, determination, problem identification and definition, creativity, flexibility, leadership, clear and effective communication, positive attitude, and emotional intelligence. * Must reside in Macaé or nearby areas. **Competitive remuneration and benefits package aligned with market standards.** **This opportunity is exclusively for persons with disabilities (PwD).**
