Training infrastructure organization and payment tracking **Join our team and transform care into experience!** If you are an **HR Assistant**, results-driven and passionate about people, **apply now and join Unimed Costa do Sol**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support HR routine tasks, demonstrating organization, autonomy, and adherence to deadlines; * Conduct resume screening and analysis, supporting recruitment and selection processes; * Assist in applying and consolidating training reaction evaluations; * Communicate and promote training programs to employees, as well as manage registrations; * Organize and verify the training infrastructure checklist (venue, coffee break, equipment/software, teaching materials, and certificates); * Record and track payments related to training activities. **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Preferred: currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources, with focus on Training & Development; Strong communication and organizational skills.
