OPME Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will analyze and monitor OPME and pharmaceutical invoices, perform postings, control deadlines, comply with ANS regulations, manage incidents, and assist providers. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and monitoring of OPME and pharmaceutical invoices 2. Management of postings and deadline control in compliance with ANS regulations 3. Support to providers and resolution of incidents Analyze and monitor the entry of OPME and pharmaceutical invoices related to healthcare processes, perform postings in beneficiaries' healthcare cost records, and control receipt and payment dates to comply with ANS regulations. Responsibilities: \- Receive and monitor the due dates of OPME invoices \- Post and generate calculations for OPME supplier invoices \- Verify and finalize production billing and appealed incidents reported by cooperatives and providers via the management system, based on contractual regulations and current fee schedules \- Clarify provider doubts regarding submission of electronic production files (XML) \- Cancel item adjustments in the Management System when necessary \- Contact providers and clarify potential questions within the scope of their contracts Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields \- Experience in administrative activities \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \- Knowledge of the OPME process is a plus Opportunities at Unimed Costa do Sol are also extended to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
