




Job Summary: A Purchasing Coordinator leads the end-to-end supply cycle, ensuring intelligent decisions, strong partnerships, and consistent results—with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance **Mission:** The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply cycle, ensuring intelligent decisions, strong partnerships, and consistent results—always focusing on the customer, prudent resource management, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the entire procurement cycle—from requisition, quotation, negotiation, and purchase through delivery and fulfillment of agreed terms. * Supervise consumption forecasts, procurement planning, and scheduling to ensure continuous and efficient supply. * Participate in defining and executing corporate procurement strategies, aiming for optimal cost-benefit ratio, delivery timelines, and quality. * Develop, update, and ensure compliance with corporate procurement procedures, policies, and standards. * Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs, analyzing deviations and implementing corrective actions. * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic, high-value, or operationally critical suppliers. * Conduct supplier market research and analysis to identify opportunities, develop new suppliers, and strengthen supply chain resilience. * Evaluate and propose alternative products and suppliers to continuously improve quality, costs, and profitability. * Ensure integration between Procurement and partner departments (Finance, Production, Logistics, Quality, etc.). * Strategically support the Financial Cycle—including contributing to defining average stock holding periods and negotiating payment terms. * Supervise item and supplier master data entry in the ERP system, ensuring standardization, data integrity, and elimination of duplicates. * Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance using structured feedback and promoting continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Solid experience across procurement sub-processes * Experience in management roles * Experience in distribution and wholesale sectors is a plus * Strong strategic negotiation skills * Must reside in Macaé and surrounding areas **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Fuel Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Totalpass This position is 100% on-site in Macaé, RJ * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT
