Lead teams and conduct operational training. **Join our team and transform care into experience!** If you are a **Pharmacist**, a leader, results-oriented, and passionate about people, **apply now and join Unimed Costa do Sol**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise activities related to receipt, storage, registration, and release of materials to meet the company's supply needs. * Manage the lifecycle of medical-hospital supplies—from availability through to patient dispensing—monitoring stock levels, coordinating receipt, storage, and movement of supplies, ensuring traceability and proper conservation and validity conditions. * Participate in the selection and standardization of supplies and medications. * Coordinate inventory audits. * Control disposal processes. * Ensure traceability of supplies. * Lead teams (scheduling, vacations, attendance, performance evaluations) and deliver operational training. * Manage operational procedures and Supply Chain policies. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. * Experience in the hospital sector and team management. * Experience and knowledge of ONA certification. * Experience with inventory management systems.
