We have been awarded six times as the best language franchise in the country by Pequenas Empresas e Grandes Negócios magazine, and we are currently recruiting a Commercial Supervisor for our schools in Barra de São João and Unamar. **PROFILE:** Organized, responsible, punctual, committed, motivated, positive attitude, results-focused, eager to succeed, resilient, and focused. **REQUIREMENTS:** Previous experience managing active telemarketing sales teams with a results-oriented focus; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, video editing, and Canva; Proficiency in social media; **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Recruitment, training, supervision, and motivation of sales teams; Filling out spreadsheets and reports; Daily active telemarketing; Attending to prospective clients/students/parents via WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and in person; Achieving established targets; Planning internal lead-generation initiatives; Mapping and executing external lead-generation activities; Converting leads into enrollments; Updating CRM records; Enrollments; **WE OFFER:** Formal employment contract (CLT), fixed salary R$1.890,00, transportation allowance, commission, performance-based bonuses, dental plan, funeral assistance, benefits club offering discounts at partner merchants, and study scholarships after the probationary period.
