




Job Summary: Customer service focused on sales, automotive technical advisory, and operational support to the store and team, with managerial responsibility in the store manager's absence. Key Highlights: 1. Provide specialized customer service and automotive technical consultation. 2. Support store management and team development. 3. Manage inventory control and product display. Serve customers by providing reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical advisory as needed, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to making sales, assist in managing product display to ensure store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
