Someone capable of driving people, influencing behaviors and building high-performance teams — all while focusing on delighting customers, delivering excellence in service and achieving consistent results. **Your main responsibilities:** * Lead store operations with focus on goals, productivity and excellence in customer service (in-store and online); * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, making strategic decisions swiftly; * Recruit, train and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning; * Ensure layout organization, inventory control and flawless execution of operational routines; * Practice active listening, sound judgment and proactive leadership in daily store activities. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate computer skills; * Prior experience in retail and sales leadership roles; * Availability to work in **Macaé-RJ** **We seek someone who has:** * Active and inspiring leadership; * Positive attitude and proactivity; * Clear communication and refined interpersonal skills; * Negotiation ability and results orientation; * Ethics, resilience and drive for growth.
