




The Programming and Control Supervisor is responsible for coordinating project or operational planning and control activities, ensuring that activities are carried out according to established schedules, within budget, and meeting required quality standards. He also plays a key role in resource management, risk identification, and performance monitoring of teams and suppliers. **Requirements:** **EDUCATION:** Technician-level professional. **PROOF:** Compliance with this requirement must be demonstrated by presenting a technical course completion certificate issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). **Professional Registration:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Technicians (CRT). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 1 (one) year of documented experience in roles as Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manager. It is necessary to have knowledge in Personnel Management equivalent to that required of professionals in the Procurement area working in Material Planning, as well as those responsible for Constraint Control and Scheduling services.
