Job Summary: Provide specialized technical support in Safety, Environment, and Health (SMS) for subsea operations, developing and implementing SMS processes. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in incident management and response (ICS) We are hiring an **Occupational Safety Engineer** for a contract covering **Planning, Scheduling, and Control Services for Subsea Operations**, with activities carried out at Petrobras facilities in Macaé/RJ. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering with **specialization or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering** (recognized by MEC); * Active registration with **CREA**; * **Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector;** * Proficiency in: Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Power BI, and SharePoint; * Risk analysis tools: Bow\-Tie, FMEA, What If, APR, PMBOK; * Quality management tools: PDCA, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart, Flowcharts; * Knowledge of **ICS (Incident Command System);** * Knowledge of **Subsea Projects and Operations.** **Key Responsibilities** * Provide specialized technical support in Safety, Environment, and Health (SMS) for subsea operations; * Develop, review, and implement SMS processes and routines according to Petrobras Guidelines; * Support planning, scheduling, and control of CIOPSub activities from an SMS perspective; * Prepare and review risk analyses (APR, What If, FMEA, Bow\-Tie, among others); * Apply quality and management methodologies (PDCA, Pareto Chart, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, Flowcharts); * Participate in incident management and response according to the ICS (Incident Command System) methodology; * Monitor SMS performance indicators, preparing reports and dashboards (Power BI); * Support internal and external audits, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance; * Provide technical advisory to operational teams regarding best practices for safety in subsea operations; * Promote continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental processes; * Prepare monthly reports for contractual measurement as specified in the technical specification. The above-described activities do not necessarily follow a specific execution sequence and may be requested in a different order or omitted depending on organizational needs. The professional may also perform additional duties inherent to the scope of this position, in accordance with contractual guidelines and operational requirements.
