Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at the front desk, providing comprehensive support to guests and delivering exceptional hospitality. Knowledge of butler service and concierge Front Desk Agent **Requirements:** Proven experience in **hotel front desk operations** Experience with **guest service, check-in, and check-out** Knowledge of **butler service and concierge** Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish for guest interaction (intermediate or higher level) Familiarity with major **local tourist services and city attractions** Proficiency in **PMS systems, basic computer skills, computers, and email** **Desirable Qualifications:** Prior experience in **hotel, pousada, or resort front desk roles** Knowledge of **first aid** Valid driver's license (CNH) Strong ability to **resolve problems and manage guest requests** **Responsibilities:** Provide **front desk guest service** at the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Execute **check-in, check-out, and in-stay guest support processes** Provide information regarding **hotel services, local tours, and city attractions** Support **concierge requests and deliver personalized guest service** Answer front desk telephone calls, messages, and emails Record guest information, reservations, and transactions in the **PMS system** Maintain organization of the **front desk area and uphold the hotel’s hospitality standards** Assist the team with operational tasks related to guest service **Work Schedule:** Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Break: 1 hour Shift pattern: 12 hours on / 36 hours off Salary: **R$ 2\.472,98** **Variable Compensation:** This position offers **performance-based variable earnings tied to achievement of internal hotel goals and KPIs**, potentially generating additional income based on individual performance and results established by the company. **Benefits:** On-site meals Transportation allowance **Location:** Armação dos Búzios – RJ
