Job Summary:
Coordinate and supervise offshore painting and insulation teams, ensuring operational quality and safety using rope access methods.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Coordinate painting and insulation service activities, assigning and monitoring subordinates' tasks from physical site setup through to worksite demobilization;
* Instruct foremen and technicians on applicable procedures and standards, providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to schedules and specifications outlined in drawings, work orders, or other documents;
* Prepare daily site reports;
* Participate, when required, in internal technical or behavioral training sessions and related activities;
* Control and maintain equipment and instruments under responsibility, as well as the work environment;
* Perform job-related tasks using rope access;
* Supervise field teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards;
* Lead teams of painting, hydroblasting, fireproofing (intumescent coating), and scaffolding supervisors to ensure productivity, safe operations, and quality;
* Coordinate daily planning and strategies for painting, hydroblasting, fireproofing (intumescent coating), and scaffolding activities according to the schedule;
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE;
* Prepare technical and operational reports for management;
* Prepare painting reports;
* Serve as the onboard focal point for units, maintaining direct client interaction and acting as the interface between the client onboard and our operational base;
* Comply with company-defined and applicable legislation HSE rules and procedures;
* Correctly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE) in designated areas;
* Immediately report hazardous situations, incidents, or near-misses to supervisors and the HSE department representative;
* Attend mandatory safety, health, and environmental training provided by the company;
* Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite to support a safe working environment;
* Support accident and occupational disease prevention initiatives;
* Protect the environment by ensuring correct waste segregation and rational use of natural resources (water, energy, raw materials).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Education:**
* Completed High School
* ABRACO Painting Course (mandatory)
* IRATA Rope Access Level I, II, or III (mandatory)
* Valid CBSP and T-HUET certifications (mandatory)
* ABRACO or CEBRAPI Level 1 Painting Inspector qualification (mandatory)
* NR-33, NR-34, and NR-35 (desirable)
* Technical course in relevant field (desirable)
* Intermediate English (desirable)
**Experience:**
* Prior proven experience as a Painting Supervisor (desirable)
