Continuous development and improvement of administrative processes; analysis of bottlenecks in routine workflows; management and control of costs, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, procurement, logistics, action plans and their respective deadlines; operational control of administrative activities. **Experience:** leadership of administrative teams involved in operational continuity activities (industrial, commercial, and/or service-related); ability to analyze, interpret, and prepare documentation, reports, and technical-managerial opinions. Experience with SAP/R3, proficiency in MS Office and/or similar tools, and development of soft skills (written and oral interpersonal communication, team collaboration, conflict resolution, human factors considerations, etc).
