Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and monitor offshore and onshore services daily using an IT system; * Prepare descriptive memoranda for service execution; * Prepare reports on completed services; * Prepare Daily Occurrence Reports (RDO), Measurement Bulletins (BM), and other administrative tasks; * Outline future onboard services; * Identify priority services for developing specific procedures and maneuvers; * Update services performed onboard vessels with CRD teams; * Monitor offshore service progress via CIEMSUB2 and Sitop; * Contact vessels to update onboard material control for plug-and-abandonment, disconnection, and interconnection services; * Control and archive chronological records; * Control and archive offshore RDOs; * Receive offshore RDOs and archive them physically and digitally; * Update vessel hour-tracking spreadsheets (monitor offshore service progress via CIEMSUB2 and Sitop); * Control evidence of certificate submission for massames to Tecop/Eng vessel launch; * Support MD submission to vessels for service execution; * Prepare MRs; * Provide support in monitoring and controlling the offloading of materials recovered from the seabed and their delivery to CRD; * Provide support to ensure all scheduled materials are submitted with certificates; * Request materials via the Oceânica RM system; * Comply with the Oceânica Management System Policy, whereby each individual is accountable for quality and safety aspects of their activities, as well as for preserving the environment in which those activities are conducted. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Completed undergraduate degree; **Desirable**: * Intermediate MS Project; * Technical English. **Additional Information** **Work Conditions**: * Work location: Rio das Ostras \- RJ; * Employment type: Onshore; * Work modality: 100% in-person; * Working hours: 44 hours per week \- 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. **Benefits**: * Chartered transportation; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance extended to legal dependents; * Dental insurance extended to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English language course.
